the management of this team have no idea, five or six better players on the sideline pity this was a decent bunch of players should still be capable of doing the business tonight though

Go on then, name the six players and specific who in particular on the team they're better then and should replace?

Very disappointing display. Wexford were very sluggish starting off and Carlow led by 3pts to 1 early on. We worked our way into the game and led 7 pts to 3 after about 25mins, before Carlow hit 2-2 in 5 mins to lead 2-6 to 0-7 at the interval. The 2 goals were 'very avoidable' it has to be said. We just didn't react quick enough inside on both occasions. Carlow really started to believe once the 2 goals went in.

Any hopes of a comeback dissipated early in the second half with Carlow looking the sharper, and more importantly the hungrier of the 2 teams. Their forwards carried the greater scoring threat, and Wexford's cause was not helped by a succession of poor wides. Any chance of a Wexford comeback disappeared when Donal Shanley broke through for a one on one chance with goalkeeper Adam Murphy. But Murphy pulled of a brilliant point blank save to deny Wexford's top scorer on the night (0-5) (0-4 frees). Wexford's performance is best summed up by a failure to register a score for 30 mins. In fact it was 22 mins into the 2nd half before we registered 1 of only 2 second half points, and that was a free from Donal Shanley.

pretty much summed up by LDF there. it was an awful display, and being pessimistic about it, there was nothing at all to take from it on a player or develpment side of things. I put blame on the weather last week for poor passing and bad play, but last night was perfect on a good pitch. Dont want to be negative on players or management, and dont want to single out players, but I can not understand how some players were not taken off, and others were. Lads who were clearly injured, or else extremely unfit and could barely move not being replaced whilst others around them were. It was shocking stuff. Some of the wides were awful, and some of the general play was absolutley terrible. Kicking frees straight over the sideline, picking the ball off the ground, getting blown for thrown handpasses, just some really basic stuff going wrong. We were outscored 2-8 to 0-2 from the 17th minute to the final whistle.
